NEPC Export License - How to Legally Export From Nigeria
Selling cocoa, sesame, hibiscus, garments, or anything else abroad? You need an NEPC license before any port will clear your goods.

Nigeria's export boom - from sesame seeds and hibiscus flowers to fashion and tech - is real, but every legal export requires an NEPC (Nigerian Export Promotion Council) registration. No NEPC, no Form NXP, no port clearance, no foreign exchange repatriation.
Requirements
- CAC LTD (sole proprietorships / Business Names are NOT accepted)
- Memorandum & Articles of Association with export objects
- Application form duly completed
- Recent passport photos of directors + valid IDs
- Tax clearance certificate
- Bank reference letter
What the license unlocks
- Form NXP - your gateway to legal export proceeds
- Access to CBN's export grant & rebate schemes
- Eligibility for the Export Expansion Grant (EEG)
- Recognition by destination-country customs
Don't ship a single container without it
We've seen exporters lose entire shipments at the port for missing NEPC. Done-For-You or Do-It-Yourself - AMG handles or guides every step.
