SCUML is an EFCC anti-money-laundering certificate required in regulated sectors (NGO, real estate, consulting, hotels, jewellery, car dealers, etc.) before banks will fully open your corporate account. Trademark protects your BRAND name and logo from competitors - CAC does NOT do this. Order: CAC → TIN → SCUML (if applicable) → Trademark.
